Mr. Navin Menkar
Director & CEO
Navin Menkar is an experienced professional with over 16 years of leadership experience. He heads Shree Sadguru Enterprises, a Pune-based group recognized for its expertise in manufacturing various plastic products and building industry-ready infrastructure. He has been instrumental in expanding the company's footprint into solar PV module manufacturing through strategic joint ventures. Leveraging his engineering background, Navin is a driving force for innovation and quality standards across all enterprise operations.
Mr. Hrishikesh Gore
Operations Director
Hrishikesh Gore is a highly experienced professional with more than 16 years in the renewable energy sector. He specialises in the manufacturing, installation, and commissioning of solar and gym equipment projects, with a strong focus on government initiatives. Since 2017, he has been at the helm of operations at Younity Energy Private Limited. His career includes significant prior roles at Deity Fuel Energy Pvt. Ltd. and Sozlun Wind Energy A/S. Hrishikesh holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
